WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis gently guides you to a state of trance, which feels like relaxation.
Trance is a normal state of your consciousness. When you have a daydream, you are in a trance state.
Therapeutic Hypnosis is powerful, because the critical conscious part of your mind takes a rest, so that the subconscious part can come to the forefront.
The subconscious part of your mind is the place of possibilities. In this part of your mind, you can access soul information that provides the solid ground you can depend upon.

I have a background as a Registered Nurse, with a passion for healing and wholeness. Over several decades I discovered a holistic approach. My skill facilitates healing at the deep subconscious level.
My experience in healing, as a Registered Nurse for over 30 years and then my specialized training at HCH Institute, has instilled a strong foundation in science, yet also
opened my eyes to spiritual power.
To further advance my skill in energy medicine, I trained with Dawson Church PHD., to learn how to facilitate the healing of post traumatic stress, using EFT.

My experience has been that most people are focused on what is wrong with them.
So to begin;
What if this is about what is right with you?
Your self criticism is a very narrow view. Focusing what is wrong has very limited healing potential.
To create the potential for healing, we will do some tapping together.
This simple tapping will gently release tension and release blocks to receiving healing.
Then using guided imagery you are invited to allow more relaxation and ease in your mind and body. You will be guided to the experience of safety and protection.
